Hacking Double System App

Hi everyone, I was looking around FBI,. And then I Saw in "titles" the same app, duplicated. More precisely I saw: Notifications, Friends List and Game Notes. I'll put a Picture too...
I can't understand... Is there someone that knows it?

When did this start happening?

Did you just recently set up a9lh? IIRC this has something to do with doing a ctr transfer, and then restoring system tickets.

This is normal, i have that too, it's for APP and UPDATE DATA

Actually, that is not update data. First what region is your 3ds?

second, check the region of both applications and delete the application with the region that is different from yours. Make sure to make a NAND backup in case you delete the wrong title.

I had this issue before, and deleting those different region files do nothing but clear up memory

So needs to be Región free in that case, ins't it? :/

each region has a different system applet than the other region (as well as a different title id). It doesn't have to be deleted, but it does clear up some memory on CTRNAND (which comes in use for me for other reasons)

To me it's different... Both of them are of the same region: EUR ( I'm Italian )

Oh, then don't delete it. Maybe FBI is viewing the programs as double. I'm pretty sure system applications do not have update data as the actual system app gets updated during a system update.

I searched the ID of both of them an I cant get any results... They suck a bit... Is there anything we can do?

Don't...delete. Leave them. Those are currently stubbed apps for New 3DS only according to https://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/Title_list#00040010_-_System_Applications

They aren't duplicates. One is a System Application [00040010] (N3DS-only stubs in this case) and one is the actual Applet [00040030]. It's normal.

In the 3DS's case, it's things that can run from the home menu while a game is running, like the Friends List.
