Hacking Question DOOM Update with SX OS Installer

After 2 days of testing I didn't find a way to update the DOOM XCI game (0100416004C00000) !!!
My switch is on 6.2.0 with last Sx-OS fully working I'm able to play the game with no problems.

Here is what I did:
1) Downloaded the Update Patch 3 (v196608) from /hbg/ where the TitleID is the same
2) Installed using last SX-Installer
3) I checked in my Switch under "Data Management" and I see the 2 entries of Doom installed with their (big) sizes

But when I go back to the Switch UI I find two Doom icons. The Old one is playable, the new has the cloud symbol on top and if I launch it it say that the game need to be downloaded from the shop.

Where I do wrong?
Is something missing?
Do you have any suggestions?

I Found my self!
It was a miswritten titleID that confuse JP with WW version.
Case closed!
