Hacking Emulation Does wiimmfi work with TW menu?

Does wiimmfi work with TW menu? if it does then does someone know how to set it up on TW menu (i'm trying to play mario kart ds btw)

Yes, you can play online with nds-bootstrap. You still have to have a compatible access point for NTR games, mind.
