Gaming Does Wii really give excrise?!

It is an obscure Nintendo campaing to turn us, nerds, good looking to the opposite sex (or the same, if you like) by playing their video games.

And on the other hand, Wii will introduce more women to gaming.

A lot of girls entering the gaming arena on one side, a lot of "inteligent, sensitive, and with a sense of humor" (i.e. nerds), only in top shape all of a sudden, because of all the Wii (this sounded subtly wrong

), on the other side.

Wii can help your muscles a bit if you barely have any. Just tricepts and forearms. If you do the exagerated motions (wich I think is way more fun but becarefull your remote doesn't go flying and destroy expensive equipment, it's a problem some people with greasy hands are having.)

But I'm sure it actually burns a small amount of energy, unlike other consoles.

Like i said in my post before i do, do the exagerated motions in boxng and red steel and well... every other game i play XD! I mostly do what the woman does in the video..... without the laughing and screaming lol.... so i do sweat alot lol
