Gaming Does US Brawl save overwrite JPN Brawl?

Hey guys been playing JPN for awhile now and I've gotten really far but the thing thats bothers me is that the US version might overwrite my JPN save. Does anyone know if it overwrites or makes a separate save? Thanks

I highly doubt that it does overwrite since i have not had this issue in the past with other games where iv played both the jpn and usa versions of the same game.

I sure hope so, I want to be able to keep both of my files, anyone got anything else to add to this? for those who have both regions?

Do a backup on your computer by saving the save file to a SD-card.

It should create another save file, as the gameid is different.
