Does this edition have theme menu?

Hello guys who read this post, my 3ds is gibanya edition like under, the picture.
Does version of this 3ds and is theme menu appear in this 3ds? Mine does not

If there is a theme for it you have to buy it from the theme shop. The cover plate doesn't magically transfer the theme to the 3DS.

That's because you have a Korean 3DS, Nintendo didn't release themes there. If you want them, you should region change it.
