Just a quick question I couldn't really find answered anywhere. I have a used 9.2 FW 3DS that has a NNID on it so I cannot use cfw eshop spoofer at the moment. If I format the system so that it's fresh, will the firmware still be 9.2? Thanks!

it only connects to the internet to remove the nnid. Just resign in once the format is complete.
