Hacking Does Sky3DS work with Streetpass?

Is it compatible with streetpass on all games?

Does Streetpass use public headers or something? Or is it like a local thing? Just making sure so I don't get banned if I do end up buying a sky3ds.

You should be fine, it doesn't use the header data of your ROM when you set up streetpass.
