Hardware Does Sky3DS work with ORAS hacks?

first of all big thanks too Asia81 for the helpful links and stuff on my other question.

This question is, If i want to hack ORAS and use PK3DS on it, Can i do that with Sky3DS or can it only be done with Gateway 3DS?

it can only be done with gateway because sky3ds doesn´t run modified roms
