Does PS4 Software like this exist?

The other day I was losing track of the PS4 pkg's I had and what version they were so I made a database program to quickly add them to a database by dragging the pkg onto it. I also added a bit where you could see detailed pkg info and then rename the pgk file easily without needing to type anything. Is there any other software like this for the PC availiable? If not I might clean the code up and release, however if it already exists I won't bother.

pkg viewer? you seem to be using sqlite browser, which can read your app.db in case you're wondering. I think it's the app info table that you want for app version, but as you probably know, all languages are in there, so it can be difficult to sift through all the crap.

The app above is just an app I made, pkg viewer doesn't have a database section where you can add your pgk files to a database, unless there's a new version I don't have - I have pgkvier 1.5 and there's nothing database related in that.

hmm, yeah, I think pkg viewer has stopped support, considering it will not decrypt games that are too new. as for a database, the only thing I can think of is ps4 patches. however, it won't have anything to do with your own games, just a database for patches and what firmware they have. a database like yours, I'm not sure. I've not seen one myself. you could try @KiiWii 's io site. it doesn't read your app.db if that's what you want, though. it just tells you what firmware this or that goes to.

a retro gamer as well, I presume. I'm not a big graphics person. off topic, but my god of war jotnar edition just shipped from playstation. I'm assuming I'll get the controller as well, which I also preordered. should be here tomorrow, while my pokemon switch is out for delivery today.

We got the Jotnar edition in at work last week, and I was in awe.. only thing I don’t get is the digital copy in it rather than physical?!

Dude, I think you are getting confused, this is an app I made which keeps track of all the pkg files that I have downloaded - I just drag a pgk onto it and it gives me all the info about the pgk, then I just press add to add it to my database so I can track what I downloaded and what version of the pkg I have (so I don't need to download again).
I just wanted to know if someone else had made something similar.

then, I'd say no. I thought you wanted to know if you could tell the app version and other information from a random package. nothing like what you did exists.
