Hacking Does Ninjapass work with Download Play?

From what I make of it, Download Play doesn't work with GBA carts because the ROMs have to be patched, rendering the RSA key invalid which prevents download play from working (unless the recievers have FlashMe).

Supposedly the Ninjapass doesn't patch the games, but all I've seen is speculation about download play working. Has anyone actually tested it with unflashed DSs yet?

Obviously if it works, I plan on buying one. If not, it has no advantage over much cheaper equipment...
