Homebrew Does nds-bootstrap work with Kit-Kat?

Kind of self-explanatory. The recording software Kit-Kat, and the nds-bootstrap homebrew or the TWiLight Menu frontend. I know that Kit-Kat doesn't work in DS mode, which is how you'd normally play DS games, but how about when using nds-bootstrap?

nds-bootstrap IS DS mode, just a modified version of it that allows reading .NDS files from storage rather than cartridge files, meaning you can't use any form of screen recording (Kit-Kat or whatever) with only exception being capture cards. Kit-Kat and the like only work with 3DS games and VC ones, not GBA/NDS ones.
