I'm pretty sure it installs .cia files but just to be sure I want to ask. That being said, if it's .cia files it's safe to go online right? like with any .cia file
freeShop installs .cia files as if you were downloading a game from the actually eshop (besides the invalid ticket/signature). Due to this, you are safe to go online as .cia files do not have a header, and thus do not need any modification in order to be played online safe.
