Hacking does Excite Truck need ios patching?

does it need patching to ios 249? or is the iso just a bad dump?
also is there a GUI for the ios patcher? i can't drag and drop a iso onto a exe files in Linux.

it doesn't need patching works fine in gamma 1:1.
your signature annoys me because i've had a hell of a lot more linux kernel panics in my time than i have blue screens/mac fail - so in my experience your red shirted linux man would have been beaten to death.

and damn.... that sucks guess i'll re-burn or re-dump it.

If you are going to re-dump it, why dont you just use the real disk. Also, what dumper did you use.

i did use the real disk and used waninkoko's ios dumper latest version with the front sd dump hasn't failed to backup any other games yet, then again i got this one game used and it's scratched to fuck, so that might be it.
don't know about that though cuz my TLOZTP is worse than it and backed up fine.
EDIT: also just tried wiigator gamma (mostly i use soft chip or menu hack)it loads but crashes with disk read error when trying to select a truck.
EDIT2: ok re burned the current iso and it runs fine so far must have just been a bad burn runs fine in gamma.
also it's on lower quality media to go figure.
