Hi, so here's what's going on:
In dev mode, I'm trying to follow the guide linked here to make a Windows user (so that I can gain access to the flash) (new user, can't link stuff but it's on the Xbox One Research Wiki, guide name is "Creating a new Windows User")
When I'm getting to the step of actually creating the user, I get system error 5 (access denied). Did Microsoft patch this method of making users on "Dev mode" systems out? Any input would be appreciated
