Ok, i tried BBM and, for the sake of information, here are the results:

Installation of a 1.49 GB cia took about 2 hours and half, wich is shorter than what FBI would have achieved but longer than it should have so i'm inclined to think that i really need to reformat the SD. I guess i'll do it before it becomes unbereable, but i have no plans on installing heavy cias por a long time.

Thanks everyone for your help ^_^

For the ones tha says that the card is fake, thanks for the suggestion but i bought it personally in an Alcampo (one of the biggest malls here in spain) I know it isn't fake.

About saving the contents and reformatting, that's what i'll do if BigBlueMenu gives me similar results (installed it before going to sleep) I'll try to install later a 1.4 GB cia and see how it fares.

Gotta say, this thing of installing the games i bought once is taking longer and giving me more issues than expected ^^U
Even the biggest malls can buy some items from shady distributors, in Brazil we had a case where some big brand stores did buy badly refurbished PSOne consoles from a distributor that faked the box and company contacts to intend to be a Sony official product from Brazil. There were cases where the consoles was nodded to run CD-R games and most of them had heavy use marks.
Tl;dr the store where you bought the microSD may had been buying fake microSD even unintentionally.

The SD card could just be faulty to. It happens. I just installed a 1.2 GB game and it took about 10 minutes.

What does bbm different to fbi? Is it faster?

Longest I had was around 45 minutes but it was a 3.5gb game. I use SanDisk Ultra 64gb class 10. Can live with that
I recommend DevMenu. It's the official too used by developers.
Big Blue Menu is just a slightly edited newer version of DevMenu.

Big Blue Menu has the advantage of being able to delete files in the SD but has the major problem of giving an installation error when you try to install an older version of an already installed title.
DevMenu ignores the version check and simply installs over anything.

A UHS-II class SD could do the trick for lightning fast CIA install, however, the 3DS is a fairly old peice of hardware now. I wonder if the most recent class of SD has gone beyond the 3DS's write speed limitation?

It makes no difference at all.
