Don't update. If you do, you won't be able to downgrade and enjoy CFW.

Old3DS/New3DS browserhax and menuhax were not fixed(the Old3DS browser wasn't even updated)

menuhax would need a new update, but browserhax should work already.

of course, it's recommend you don't update and try out downgrading to 9.2.

Let me answer
CFW is custom firmware
emuNAND (dont know how to explain but try to google it)
Also you do not need flashcarts to downgrade
With 9.2 you can do CIA installs and more

Today, if your 3DS is on firmware 10.3, you can downgrading your 3DS without flashcard.
On firmware 9.2, we can create an alternative System for 3DS.
This alternative Systeme, called CFW (Custom FirmWare), give you some properties you can't have on regular System (like installing some programs and games)
To make an alternative System, we need to copy the regular System data (NAND) from your 3DS internal Memory (SysNAND) on a place in your SD card (EmuNAND).

i can say that browserhax is broken with the new update because on emunand which i test does it no function. i look into the browser settings it seems that the browserengine was updatet.

the exploit still wasn't patched on both of them. the version changed, yes, but the exploit still exists and yellows8 just needs to make it detect the new version.

that he is alredy test and work for 10.4... i have smash hax working( since 1.3 i have to rename the update folder for make it work) browser and menuhax.so if oot is unfixable i can buy it and update every time a new update come out without wait.
