Hardware Does 3DS NAND nitpick SD card reader?

I used to recommend Kingston Mobilelite G4 to local hardmodders.
But they gave me feedbacks that Kingston Mobilelite G4 couldn't recognize the 3DS NAND on their WinXP/Win7.
One of them said that he tried several expensive SD readers for recognizing 3DS NAND but all failed.
Only a few local brand (such as SSK) 's specific model recognized it well.
