Hacking Question Does 2124-4007 Effect Switch And Accounts On It?

So I got banned from piracy and ik your gonna judge me, but anyway I got banned trying to play online. I'm going to buy a second switch but i'm a little
scared about the ban. If I login with the account that was on the banned switch, will it ban my new switch too?

Yup never use that old account on your new switch specially if it has traces of nsp or pirated stuffs installed, chances are that your new switch might get flagged and banned.

I certainly wouldn't use a known piracy related account on a new switch. You're asking to be banned IMO.

I dunno if you can actually link the Nintendo account with the new switch in first place without resorting to Nintendo costumer support, but yeah, don't use the account on your switch, make a new one.

New switch new account and no hacking if you want it to stay unbanned. at least in my area most of the switches at Best Buy are patched. You can always just get a patched one and then you won't have to deal with the temptation.
