Kenshuui Tendo Dokuta - one of the first roms released (around number 33). I do not think it ever got translated but I tried it a few times and despite it being a bit more menu happy that trauma center I could see it being called a better game. I did have a quick look at the rom way back when looking at a translation.
There is even a sequel around 200 in numbering although I have never played that.
There was also a black jack game (as in the anime doctor not the card game) but I know nothing of the title. It would be in the high 600s (670 something).
There might be more (Japan has a load of enhanced point and click adventure games) but after this it is all shovelware and the odd minigame for all I know. I will mention the atlus best collection release of Trauma Centre (Japanese only as far as I am aware)- not sure if there are any real changes though.

On a related note- I forgot quite how many good little puzzle and simple non epic RPG type games there are. Should I free up some time I think I am back in DS translation. First up is the simple series.
