Started doing around last year just so it'd be easier to have access to it all than being digitally split up.

I've found it to be very helpful whereas digital, maybe it'd be in one folder, then another, and another. šŸ˜†

I have a physical folder with paper documents. My grandfather kept whole shelves with documents in his room and in the garage, from his time as an accountant. I doubt we need to keep any of it. Today everything is digital and most operations are automatic.

All of my important data is stored electronically, and my accountant, who I hired from a firm, has access to it. It turns out that no one can access it without my permission and without the supervision of an accountant, which is very comforting, especially in times when various scammers are trying to cheat you. I think that everyone needs visit website that I hired the accountant from to ensure the security of their documents.

I think that such documents should be kept by accountants.
Should be kept by anyone in general. I have physical copies so it's easy to find the info if I need to know about.

Relying on digital copies is convenient, but convenience shouldn't be the priority.
