Ala Lakka for Switch, which is essentially a standalone RetroArch. I have a jig, but particularly want to maintain my NSO subscription that I paid for, whilst finding a good way to play some emulated stuff.

Will these work without ban detection from Ninty?

always asume anything you do can ban you, cause it can. even the most carefull person can catch a ban. and considering linux on switch messes with the clock and date for some reason, its safe to asume nintendo can track that. are they idk but they could be.

I know not everyone can do this, but in general for consoles I think it's best to have separate consoles for hacked/legit stuff.
