It didn't effect it in anyway way except for the script thing in bottom screen then normal white screen comes back

If your talking about the script thing I can't tell because it finish to fast for me to see what it is even going one

I should've been more specific. I meant set it to "On (with Debug)".
Sounds like bootstrap didn't start for some reason. Try reformatting your SD card to FAT32 with 32kb cluster size.

Are you using Windows? If so, go to "This PC" (or "My Computer", depending on what version it is), right-click on your SD card, then click "Format", set allocation size to 32kb, and filesystem to FAT32, then start the format.
Before formatting, backup all of your files on the SD card first.

I just replaced the unofficial boot with the one that came with zip and now when I open one of the selected games an exception occurred arm9 failure

That shouldn't cause an issue. Try updating it in TWLoader again.
Also, the one in the zip file is outdated.

Did you extract what's in "flashcardsdroot (all)" in TWLoader.7z to the flashcard microSD root?

I unlocked my New 3DS XL some weeks ago, and all I wanted was play old DS games, but I don´t knew how, then a friend told me about TWLoader. I understand how it works, but what I don´t know if it´ll run with my update, wich is 11.4... Can anyone help me?

Yes, it will work on any fw version, granted that you have cfw first.

it's really handy booting DS games from SD card but sadly only a handful of DS games are compatible.
