Alright, there are hangs and slowdowns a lot during opening and after picking a game to go off on, but good stuff, it is working.

1. Open TWLoader, and go to Settings.
2. Press R to go to NTR/TWL settings.
   
3. In NTR/TWL settings, select "Flashcard(s) select".
4. Pick your flashcard.
5. Out of Settings, press R to switch between SD Card and Flashcard.
6. Select a game .ini file, and your ROM should load.

The CIA of TWL wasn't shown in the folder. Or am I overlooking for it? The only CIA I have is TWLoader - TWKNAND side. Is that it?

You'll need this for R4i Gold, or this for R4i Gold RTS.
Extract the files/folders in "for Slot-1 microSD" to the flashcard's microSD root.

Is Forwarder3-DS up-to-date?
Also, make sure the ROM filenames don't have any special characters.

You overlooked it. It's outside of the sdroot folder. Install both CIAs.

Then use TWLoader to launch a .ini file generated by Forwarder3-DS.
Move the Forwarder3-DS folder to your hard drive root (like C:/), and run the program there.
