What does your .ini file look like? Also make sure you re-extracted the files in "sdroot" to the SD root.

You can now run ROMs from your flashcard. Only DSTT and DSTWO are supported, but more will be supported later.
Instructions are updated.

It works with DS-mode flashcards.
