Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

Thank you for the correction and the guides.
I will take a closer look at those guides.
Looks like I misunderstood about NAND and bootmii as IOS.
