Hacking Disc Channel quick question...

Is it its own title in the NAND filesystem or is this particular channel apart of the System Menu?

I've referenced here: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Title_Database and couldnt locate it

its not a channel at all, its a stub to exit the system menu.
