ROM Hack Suggestion Disaster Report 4 graphics settings

Disaster Report 4 has released with very poor optimisation. It'd be great to have more control over the graphics, apart from overclocking, to achieve a better experience.

Every Disaster Report entry has poor optimization.

It’s pretty ugly tbh, choppy and blurry, even with max OC you don’t get much better results. Good thing there’s a demo, I’ll pass on this one.
