Hacking Disappearing space in my "Updated SysNand"

I had to restore my a9lh nand after farting around in some of my settings, and I have a huge space usage issue. Suddenly now with 9 games installed, my 64GB SD card has only 15 GB free, I've gone into data management and deleted programs that had been installed but unlinked since. Any ideas where to look for rogue files? I've made sure non used CIAs are deleted from the card.

Go to control panel > Appearance & Personalization > Folder Options > Show hidden folders and files

This should show hidden folders on your 3ds sd card.

Watch in a PC where is all that storage. If all the folders for example,fill 30GB,copy all them to the PC,backup the emuNAND,format the SD,and copy your data and emunand.
