The dev was supposed to release a new version at the beginning of last month, but went on vacation for who knows how long. Sorry but if you're going to announce an immediate release (such as within a two/three day period), don't cock-tease those anticipating and decide not to release it. Either announce a date and release it on the promised, or not announce a date and then release it as a surprise.

Lol bro this is a recurring theme with you. Do u scribble these dates in your schedule and calendar date it? You have a serious pet peeve when it comes to "release dates". It's like u take that shit personal.

Anyway what if something did come up, what if it has a serious bug that wipes out HDD's who the helk knows. All I'm saying is u don't have to take the release date thing so serious, even game companies delay their products all the time and this is like free time no obligation hombrew bro, take it easy lol.

I'm just glad things get released at all.

@scooby74029 hoop wassup man!! Ain't seen u in the longest bud. I don't know if you're active elsewhere but good 2 c u. Hope all is well.

@Fire-WSP it's all good thanks for the bug report but the way u wrote your post u sound like a dick. No offense, I know you're in QA and everything so you're probably very direct. In the meantime as its been said there's a padhook combo u can use cuz most of us would prefer that Crediar spend whatever bit of time he has to dedicate to this project towards game compatibility/bug fixes and/or audio streaming for games.

Who knows maybe he will fix it, if not no big deal.

hey rican i am still around every now and then still working on Themewii also i am stuck at the moment i need a real coder to help me out with the last step and ill be able to release it but who knows when that will be

some people on here just crack me up man (Fire-WSP, remember he is not a coder, DUH) lol

Well I've played and finished SM64 and SSB.
Those two have Wiiware VC ports so there's no point on playing them emulated, I never tried them with Wii64 tbh but yeah Not64 is amazing, it's still far from perfect but at least now I can play most games at decent speed (full speed in most cases) and aside from some graphical issues here and there it seems to run every game I've tested!

I downloaded DM 2.9 but Most Wanted still hangs on pink screen
i heard posts ago that 2.9 fixed it
any solution? Something related to i use 480p?
Thanks.
It worked fine for me in DM 2.9, it did hang in DM 2.6 to 2.8 though but not on pink screen, try re-dumping the game and use a clean rip!

I tried Not64 and it seems the same to me compatibility wise, although I did only test the THPS games (textures messed up, unreadable fonts etc.)

Hi all! I 'd like to ask something. If i want to play the latter half of a 2 disc game, could i still load the second disc with DM 2.0 and continue from there (savegame provided, of course)? This concerns only a really small handful of games so it's not trivial to me, just wondering. Btw before you ask, i still use 2.0 as it is working just fine for me, bar 4 games (007 EoN, GUN, XGRA, Smuggler's Run and music in Ikaruga, 1080 and Alien Hominid).
Confused, are these games working with DM 2.9?
If not does the MOD ( if there is one? )fix them?

EDIT: Just tried Windwaker with Widescreen patch DM2.9.
For me it''s completely broken and revert in the standard ratio.
This would explain the ""fire"" glitch present in the the previous widescreen hack.
In standard ratio this is''nt present.
Anyone else experiencing problems?

As a side note Mario sunshine displays in Wide screen ( although with glitches ) with the hack.
Mariokart DD fails in wide screen.

Just wanted to drop by and report Mega Man X Command Mission still crashes a lot in DM 2.9 (it did so with previous revisions also) last time I played I beat chapter 7 and was heading to chapter 8 then put it aside for several months, now I picked it up again and it still crashes a lot (now I'm in chapter 9).

It's really annoying I play and battle for hours and I don't even lose but the game keep crashing on me and I always have to start all over from the last save location, I tried everything, disk in drive, 1:1 copy, sleep mode disabled, I use USB Loader GX btw does this make any difference? please any help would be appreciated I wanna finish this game bad but at this rate it'll take forever!

Double Dash Would be awesome in widescreen! IMO better than Mark Kart Wii.
I don't know how much room there is for improvement but I know the newest version of Swiss GC runs some games in widescreen that DM doesn't like Animal Crossing. It may be able to run Double Dash as well but I can't test it because I don't own DD.

I agree with you here, imo DD is a lot better than Mario Kart Wii which I found it extremely overrated, same goes for SSBM vs SSBB and Super Paper Mario vs Paper Mario TTYD which I liked the GC versions more!

That said, of course to me Mario Kart Arcade GP 1 & 2 are by far the best, the only kart racing games I enjoyed as much as Sega All-Stars Racing series!

Gamecube have a lot of awesome games like most wanted, mario kart DD, SSBM (i think its harder than Brawl, but brawl has online MP so i keep with him), Paper mario TTYD (Awesome) and pokémon XD/Colosseum.
But i don't have a GC memory card, which is necessary to play some games that doesn't support NMM :(

That's why I just ordered a memory card off ebay, only Luigi's Mansion out of my collection actually supports NMM.

It's only a 16MB Black one though (surprised you can still buy the official ones brand new and sealed, shame you can't for the GCN controllers though).

I couldn't agree more! Especially about how awesome Sega All-Stars Racing is. Who would of thought that the only "Killer App" on the latest Nintendo console would star Sonic?

I have All-Stars Racing Transformed on PS3 and PC actually so I don't know how the Wii U and 3DS versions are like ^^;

It's pretty awesome on the Wii U. 3DS is okay, I've only played the demo though. It seemed a little slow on the 3DS however they apparently released an update that helped in that regard. The local 5 player is pretty sweet too. The second screen is very useful for multiplayer games.

Still no streaming audio? How sad... :(
Having audio streaming is nice but it doesn't mean the games aren't playable without it, I could still enjoy a handful of games without music in DM(L) including Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortext, Looney Tunes Back in Action, Crazy Taxi, Super Monkey Ball, and Namco Museum!

Too bad that Wrath of Cortex port was botched framerate-wise.

Agreed, the only upside of that version is the "rare" GBA mini game which surprisingly never been dumped as far as I know but they really did a bad job with this port!

Anyway about the audio streaming maybe I didn't make myself clear earlier, what I meant was yes these games were meant to be played with audio but be glad that NOW you can play them off hard drive without audio, these games were unplayable in older versions of DM (USB) because many hard drives go to sleep mode when there's no audio to run, at least now this issue is (for the most part) fixed!

I dunno... Audio & music are huge things for me. For Monkey Ball and Ikaruga I have to use Devo because those games just wouldn't be right without the music (fortunately USBLGX makes it seamless between DM & Devo).
