Anyone know if the GC Mic is compatible with DM? I'm thinking about purchasing one to play Odama.

What do you guys think of this one?

I never really had to shop for HDDs before so I have no idea if that's a good price but 3TB pretty much means I'm set for life.
They used to think that a PC would never need more than 640k ram.

Man that's a great deal, where, where??! I want to get it too.Yes, it does go into the memory card slot.
And I got a steal on Odama, brand new for 500yen/$5.![]()

for Dios Mios 2tb would be the max. This is because anything bigger (like a 3tb one) has to have 4kb sectors instead of 512 byte sectors and Dios Mios can't deal with those. It doesn't matter if you use a smaller partition on it either. Dios Mios just won't be able to ready from any part of the drive. The drive should work fine with Wii games with most modern loaders but it will NOT work with GameCube games through Dios Mios. What do you guys think of this one?

USB Loader GX can do that if you have either D2X v9 or v10-alt installed as a cIOS or Hermes/Rodries cIOS installed. WiiFlow is in beta working on doing that ... or at least with the latest beta versions there's some workarounds that could make that work. I'm not sure about the other loaders but last I heard they couldn't do it.I see, so I gotta go 2TB.
Hypothetical question assuming I have buttloads of money: can loaders read from 2 different HDDs? One being NTFS for Wii and one Fat32 for Gamecube. 2TB for Gamecube and maybe something even bigger for Wii seems like a pretty solid setup.

The standalone ones are cheap as shit on Amazon. I have 2 already though.![]()

Hi! I am having some problems with Dios Mios lite and I was hoping some smart people here could give me the answers that I need. For starters, I am using USB Loader GX (1209) and the 2.8 version of Dios Mios Lite. My games are on a microSD with 8 gigabyte, formatted to FAT32 of course, with clusters of 64.
I did use that tool that comes with Dios Mios for my backups. The size is optimized, but I chose 32 instead of 64. Could that be it? I also didn't remove the mark on that one option I forgot about. The errors I constantly keep getting - with or without a (Wii) disc in the drive - are the infamous 'apploader size is zero' and 'error app_entry is not within the apploader'.
Hopefully you guys can get me on the right track. I added that sysCheck file for reference too, in the spoiler below, but I think everything there is in order. Thanks in advance for any help here!

Per the wiki:Crap. I should've just posted here. Can anyone help me with this?
Edit: I readded the games with 64 (still optimized, otherwise you can't choose) and this time I didn't skip those xNEEK files, although you only need them in some cases, if I understood correctly. I still get the same error. One note: I do not have my GC controller with me today. (Tomorrow I will.) If that isn't it, I'm still at a loss. Could it be the fact that I made it FAT32 with 64 through Windows Explorer?
