Hacking Dios Mios issue

I'm trying to get games form my hdd to work with Dios Mios but whenevery I load the game in usb loader gx, it goes back to the homebrew channel and when I try it with (modded) cfg loader, I get a black screen (no splash screen)

if it helps my drive is 320 gb passport with the partition fat32 32kb cluster

any help would be great.
