Gaming Digital Upgrade Program Question

So if I was to buy a digital version of AC IV, COD Ghosts, or Battlefield 4 for PS3 and upgraded it for PS4 would I lose the PS3 copy or have two digital games, one for each console?

Upgrade code only works for retail version of PS3 games, not digital version.

IDK. I went in to gamestop and they showed me a brand new disc box. It clearly had 01/31/14 printed on the box. /shrug

If it works, it works. I traded my ps3 version and killzone (got the game free.. it sucks lol) for a used ps4 version. Oh well.

Yeah I got killzone free too, and was gonna trade it in for some $ towards infamous SS, but back on topic i guess ill just see when i buy AC if i can upgrade or not
