Difference between ODE, HAN, CFW, HFW and HEN?

What about FDVDB/FMCB, are they considered CFW, HAN, HEN, HFW, other? In that case, is PRO-C, LME and HENkaku considered HEN and Infinity and Enso CFW?

FMCB is like HEN/HFW while a CFW-eque would require to solder and install a chip (can't see the point now of doing it with FMCB available).

Why would it require it if it's possible to install CFW on the PSP and PS3 (e.g.) without doing that?
