ROM Hack Question Did you upload edited or shared save data to Nintendo’s cloud save system?

If you did, so did you got a ban? I just want to know if it is safe to upload edited or shared saves to cloud? Did Nintendo check any save data? I do know that Nintendo check with Splatoon save data.

Personally speaking, before I started using CFW and airplane mode, I edited a ton of saves and used the cloud while on Hekate and using Checkpoint. Xenoblade, BotW, Splatoon, Pokemon Quest etc. No bans at all. Now you might get banned from Splatoon for using a modded save, but I doubt they would ban your console for it. This is just my experience, so dont take it as fact.
