Does it do anything when pushing power button? (led, sound, anything)

If you can trace it back maybe there's busted capacitor, fuse, or resistor, that would be good. Otherwise, just put it back together removing the wireless charging module and hope for the best it still works.

That's a bummer, you should have just gotten the official N3DS XL charging dock. Pretty much the same idea, and even saves a little space by holding your 3DS vertically.

I know.. the idea of wireless charging on a 3DS is so cool I was going to do my Vita next but I don't think I'm even going to try anymore

Things that might have happened.
1. You have hacked your 3ds and removed files from your SD
2. You have hacked your 3ds and wrongly connected SD card slot
3. You have hacked your 3ds and fried something with SD card slot
4. You have fried your NAND/things that are connecting it.

I do have b9s installed and a nand backup a few actually

nothing I soldered was near the micro SD slot it was just the 2 charging pins on to that I messed with

is there a way transfer nands from one mother board to another? in case I gotta buy another one

Swapping the chips? Technically yes - Al3x_10m did it - but apart from the BGA soldering reformatting it with new keys isn't trivial
Just the data? That's what a ctrtransfer is for
mainly data, games and everything...I dred starting over if I swap motherboards
