Homebrew devkitpro

I have followed the wiibrew instruction for devkit pro but when i try to make helloworld all i get is
Failed to create process: The system cannot find the file specified.
anyone now what i have done wrong as i followed it down to the (T)

The downloader for DevkitPro is crappy; sometimes the connection will fail and it'll only download half of an archive it needs, yet will continue to try and install it. Try uninstalling and reinstalling, and this time watch it to make sure all the files get downloaded completely.
