Homebrew Devkitpro make file error

I get:

template.c
powerpc-gekko-gcc.exe: CreateProcess: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [template.o] Error 1
"make": *** [build] Error 2

I'm using programmers notepad, and I have checked that powerpc-gekko-gcc.exe is where it's supposed to be.
Help would be appreciated.

what about going into the Makefile directory with a MS-DOS command prompt and simply typing "make" (without quotes) ?
