Homebrew devkitARM with 3DS Support

Hey guys i am Rikku2000 an OpenSource programmer

I working before with the NDS Toolchain for some apps on NDS so i update the Toolchain
with the last update by devkitpro and add all the stuff from the Board here to make it working
with the 3DS

So what will you Need is very simple.

Note, This is for Windows-Users

2. Nintendo DS SDK aka devkitARM with 3DS Support
Download

i add two example: "yeti3ds" and "mandelbrot",
for see how it work.
