Is it possible to install development firmware on a non-development unit using Decrypt9?
If so, where can I find the necessary files (Dev FW CTRTRANSFER)?
I'd love to try it on my EmuNAND.

you can turn on the dev features in luma. but that doesn't make sense on a non PANDA or SNAKE Console, since it brakes all the online functunality, and yeah it just allows you to run some dev cias like that ones that Unity directly builds. but you can simply convert the cci's from unity into cias, so there's no point on having dev features enabled on a non PANDA/SNAKE console.
