Hacking Dev Assistants wont launch..

Hello,

I have both Dev Assistants on 3.51 firmware , but this error prevents me from doing anything:

"You must update this application. You can update the application using the update icon on the LiveArea screen"

As it forces me to update I cant run Rejuvenate anymore (Run homebrew script stops at "Connecting debugger", can anyone tell me what is the problem?
