Ok. I just got a Wii (only stood in line for 4 hours in the freezing cold -- *burr*). Now then I want to try to determine as accurately as possible if I got a D2B or D2C drive internally without opening it. Can anyone help me do this?

You got your Wii yesterday correct? Trust me it's a D2C. Nintendo stopped making D2B drives like 5 months ago and considering how the Wiis are selling the chances of your Wii having D2B are like 1% to none.

Lol. Ok guys. I get the point now. Yes the store had gotten them in just this week and all 26 units sold when the store opened on black friday. Now then when I get mine modified I know to look for someone willing to install the d2ckey although that will be really expensive.

P.S. - Trust me. I'm not willing to do that myself.
