Hacking Determining which Wii modchip I want

Here are my requirements:

Play NTSC-U and some NTSC-J backups for Wii games
Play NTSC-U and some NTSC-J backups for GC games with audiofix
I don't care about PAL games at all
Homebrew is not a major concern but it can't hurt to have it
DVD and/or USB upgradeable

Doing some research it seems that the only one that meets all of this is the Wiinja Deluxe. Going by Wiikey's promised features, that should work too but obviously that team doesn't care anymore. I'm just wondering if I'm missing any chip that would be a great alternative to these. GC audiofix is very important so I can't ignore that. Any suggestions are welcome, thanks.

Only modchip that is USB upgradeable is Wiip Xecuter v2 which hasn't come out yet.

Wiifree has been gaining some popularity since the Wiikey has been gone, so you may want to look into that.

for your specific requirements the wiinja deluxe is the right choice, since it contains the much wanted audiofix, but I think you have to patch all your wii games, I think

yeh i have the wiinja deluxe, works great no patching for gc games and wii ntsc games work flawlessly, great chip and simple install.. highly recommended.

I have a Cyclowiz which also has all the features you mentioned and which I found very easy to install and use. Also has been proven fully DVD-upgradeable by an update which has already been released. I don't own any of the other modchips mentioned so I can't say if it's better or worse than them but just another alternative to throw in the mix.
