Homebrew Desmume 432x background bug?

Soo I'm playing the emulator right now but I can't find a way to put the background black. It is a bug in other versions where changing Display to OpenGL was a solution. but here you cannot change to OpenGL AFAIK.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
