latest version of luma 10.0.1c913de1
Put FBI.3dsx into the /3ds/ folder if it's not already there. Launch the Homebrew Launcher using Rosalina by doing the following (from this guide):
  1. Launch the Download Play application
  2. Wait until you see the two buttons
  3. Press (L) + (Down) + (Select) at the same time to open the Rosalina menu
  4. Select “Miscellaneous options”
  5. Select “Switch the hb. title to the current app.”
  6. Press (B) to continue
  7. Press (B) to return to the Rosalina main menu
  8. Press (B) to exit the Rosalina menu
  9. Press (Home), then close Download Play
  10. Launch the Download Play application
  11. Your device should load the Homebrew Launcher
Launch FBI and go to the list of titles. Find the title and attempt to remove it. Where did the demo come from?

If the Homebrew Launcher doesn't boot, make sure you have the homebrew launcher boot.3dsx on the root of your SD card.

boot.firm.bak is just a backup of boot.firm, probably from when you updated Luma3DS using Luma Updater (or something like it). As long as you have boot.firm, you don't need boot.firm.bak.
