Hacking Deleted Download Play

I accidentally deleted Download from my 2DS with FBI (including tickets and such) and I don't know how to retrieve it.
I tried installing a new one with FBI but it always failed on installing the CDN (Please clarify on that, don't really know what it is)

you can try a system update with recovery mode

Tried a ctrnand transfer? That should fix all system titles

if it doesnt work, please shut down your 3ds, go into the luma menu and enable dev mode, try again, then disable dev mode again.

i believe my method should be faster, finding the version number for your 2ds manually would take too long, also mine works guranteed.

No, that's the wrong thing. That's for broken TWLFirms. Download Play is an app and not related to TWLFirm (even though the DS part of DLPlay and DS games use it). I can't send a cia but you may be able to find one somewhere and change Luma's target app.

We can't link anywhere as it would technically be piracy. You may or may not be able to find one on that iso site.

The simplest way of fixing this is just to system update again (doesn't matter if you're already on 11.6, if you're missing a system title it will "update").

Otherwise the second easiest method is yes, to use 3DNUS to download the CIA and install it with FBI via Boop. Takes like 2 minutes, literally.

The site @benCat07 linked gives you the Title ID as well as the version, that you need to use with 3DNUS. (High ID+Low ID = TitleID. Version is selfexplanatory)
