Hacking Delete Gatway 3DS ARM9 Loaderhax

I want to delete Gateway ARM9 Loader Hax.
Time Machine Downgrade or Upgrade not help.
Start The Homebrew Launcher and Start OTP Helper not woking.
I Have no Idea how to Delete it.

Hourglass9 won't work as it will keep the FIRM with the payload for the GW A9LH

the Only Thing that worked for me is Boot Gateway Menu, select Downgrade hold up and Restore Sysnand from backup.
