Yes you can do it through factory reset (in settings).

But i have all my games . And saves. Is there any method, altering the Nand ??

Hm... I'm not sure.
Maybe you could try deleting the user with devmenu (if you know where to get it)? I think I saw an option like that awhile back.

Oh yes. I have DevMenu but i dont know how to do. And i have sxos, i know there is an option to modify the nand on startup menu

Not the Nand. Try getting to the users tab and deleting the user with the banned account. Make sure you have another spare user though.

I cant because i have a superban and say that i cant use online services

No solution yet. You can try using Goldleaf - there's an option for that, didn't work for me, but hey - good luck!

Use Kefir Updater. It let's you make a new account that appears to be linked to an online account (not really linked) and in the process will delete all other users leaving you w/ just the new one. Doing this will leave you unable to use Edizon unless you delete all the game saves manually so make backups and restore when done! [:
