ROM Hack Decrypting N3DS exclusive titles?

I attempted to use the NCCH decryption method on Xenoblade Chronicles 3D, but I ended up getting garbage data when XORing both the ExeFS and RomFS pads. Has anyone been successful, or is more research needed for New 3DS exclusives? Thanks in advance for any constructive feedback.

Basically, if you're after a .cia of the game, you're going to have to wait until someone with a NAND mod dumps their tickets.db and downloads the game using FunkyCIA2. At the moment, no one can decrypt and compile the game from .3ds format to .cia format, even if they own the physical cartridge.

Ah, the lack of 9.3 keys explains it then. Thanks. Also, I'm mainly interested in extracting the files from the ExeFS and RomFS. I'll check back here further down the line for updates on research into FW 9.3+ games.
