ROM Hack Decrypted Bravely Second -> 0kb code.bin?

Hi, i've decrypted Bravely Second and want to build a cia. I used AUTO_CIA and in the tmp/exefs-folder, the code.bin has a size of 0kb. Why? I used the Xorpads I've made with Decrypt9 and now I think when I build the cia, the game won't work. is it normal?

used the tools from Asia81 and when I try to decrypt the exefs.bin, I get ".code not found"

use some other tool to make cia there are lots of tools on this website
